Each gear drive unit includes a motor and planetary series or coaxial reducer, and a torque overload detector can be installed before the reducer to realize real-time detection of torque. The PLC module can realize various automatic control modes.

1~2 drive units can be arbitrarily configured as required, 4 series and 8 models, to achieve full coverage from 20KN.m to 280KN.m, suitable for small cone sedimentation tanks with low mud layers.

The transmission device is designed according to the use requirements of medium, low torque and low speed. According to material conditions and process requirements, the maximum power is 8kw. The minimum rotation speed is 0.05r/min; When the equipment is overloaded, it will be reminded by sound and light through the alarm system; when the equipment continues to be overloaded to reach the predetermined load, the safety system will protect the equipment by alarming and stopping; the transmission and deceleration system is driven by multiple gears or worm gears and worms, especially suitable for The medium and low power transmission has the advantages of stable transmission, low noise and high reliability.

The equipped lifting mechanism can lift the rake to a certain height under overload conditions without causing shutdown, and lift the rake to an appropriate height during inspection and maintenance, which is convenient for operation. The lifting control can be manual or automatic; lifting height range: 200~1000mm.
